Lease premises are provided with finished interior decoration: walls - glass, partitions - gypsum, ceilings - suspended ceilings, floor - marble.
Factor of lease rate's level:
- profile of a lessee;
- recognition on the market;
- dimension of section in the trade centre and its location.
The rate of lease rent is fixed and agreed separately in each specific case.
Operating costs:
24-hour security service, maintenance, management, cleaning of public spaces, refuse collection service, cleaning-up of areas and payments for public utilities (excluding payment for electrical energy consumption).
Scheme of lease rent:
Insurance deposit: at equivalent of two-month payment.
